6 Month Barrel Aged Bourbon

This bourbon was created to give our patrons a taste of what’s to come. Aged in 15 gallon barrels for 6 to 7 months, it has all the flavors and aromas of a proper down south Bourbon.

Nose: Smooth, with caramel and char undertones.

Taste: Feisty, with vanilla, honey, caramelized oak and lasting smooth finish.

Nose: A woodsy and Carmel with hints of butterscotch and vanilla.

Taste: A rich and silky oak and allspice front end with a nice spicy dried apricot and nutty middle, ending with a long savory finish.

Vodka

A well balanced and smooth vodka, with a touch of sweetness and a hint of something fruity. Great for mixing with pretty much anything, but interesting enough to enjoy on its own.

White Whiskey
